SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

Apex Body Labs strives to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, are typically shipped the same business day.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM Eastern Time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that order processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Carriers

We utilize trusted shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other approved logistics providers.

Shipping methods available at checkout may vary depending on destination and product availability.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please allow carriers adequate time to update tracking information after shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Apex Body Labs is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, misdelivered, or returned due to:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Incomplete addresses
  • Invalid addresses
  • Customer input errors

We cannot guarantee address modifications after an order has been processed.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer.

Apex Body Labs is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Carrier delays
  • Delivery exceptions
  • Weather-related delays
  • Delivery issues occurring after carrier acceptance

Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the package
  • Clear photographs of the damaged item(s)
  • Brief description of the issue

Upon verification, Apex Body Labs may provide a replacement shipment at its sole discretion.


Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order contains missing or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photographs of all items received
  • Description of the issue

Failure to notify us within seven (7) days of delivery constitutes acceptance of the shipment as received.


Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Apex Body Labs is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Carriers
  • Customs inspections
  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Labor disruptions
  • Government actions
  • Supply chain interruptions
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

REFUND POLICY

All Sales Final

Due to the sensitive nature of research products sold by Apex Body Labs, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns of any products.


Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may only be considered for:

  • Incorrect products shipped
  • Verified fulfillment errors
  • Verified shipping damage

Refund approval is solely at the discretion of Apex Body Labs.

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the request.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Improper storage
  • Improper handling
  • Improper reconstitution
  • Research results not meeting expectations
  • Delayed delivery caused by carriers
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Products purchased in violation of local laws

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Apex Body Labs before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent chargebacks involving confirmed deliveries or fulfilled orders may result in:

  • Permanent account termination
  • Refusal of future purchases
  • Submission of evidence to payment processors
  • Collection efforts where permitted by law
