By accessing this Website, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing any product from ApexBodyLabs.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. RESEARCH USE ONLY
ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY APEX BODY LABS ARE INTENDED STRICTLY FOR RESEARCH, LABORATORY, ANALYTICAL, AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
OUR PRODUCTS ARE NOT DRUGS, MEDICATIONS, DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS, FOODS, COSMETICS, MEDICAL DEVICES, OR THERAPEUTIC AGENTS.
NONE OF OUR PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN EVALUATED OR APPROVED BY THE UNITED STATES FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION (FDA) FOR HUMAN OR VETERINARY USE.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ANY PRODUCT SOLD BY APEX BODY LABS BE USED FOR:

- Human injection
- Animal consumption

- Therapeutic purposes
- Diagnostic purposes
- Cosmetic purposes
- Disease treatment
- Disease prevention

Any use outside legitimate laboratory research is strictly prohibited.
2. AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years old to purchase from ApexBodyLabs.com.
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
3. CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIONS
By purchasing from Apex Body Labs, you represent and warrant that:
- You are familiar with the products being purchased.
- You possess sufficient knowledge regarding laboratory handling procedures.
- You understand all hazards associated with the products.
- You will use the products solely for lawful research purposes.
- You will comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws.
You acknowledge that Apex Body Labs does not provide scientific, medical, legal, or regulatory advice.
4. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Apex Body Labs reserves the unrestricted right to:
- Refuse service to anyone.
- Refuse any order.
- Cancel any order.
- Limit quantities.
- Restrict sales by location.
- Ban customers permanently.
We may cancel any order if we reasonably believe products may be used in violation of these Terms.
No explanation is required.
5. PRODUCT INFORMATION
While we strive for accuracy, product descriptions, specifications, pricing, inventory, and availability may contain errors.
We reserve the right to:
- Correct errors.
- Modify product information.
- Change pricing.
- Discontinue products.
- Cancel orders.
Without prior notice.
6. PAYMENT
All payments must be successfully authorized before shipment.
We reserve the right to:
- Verify payment information.
- Verify identity.
- Request additional documentation.
- Reject any transaction suspected of fraud.
Chargebacks filed without first contacting us for resolution may result in permanent account suspension and collection efforts.
7. SHIPPING POLICY
Orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday typically ship the same business day.
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer.
Apex Body Labs is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Customs delays
- Weather events
- Incorrect addresses provided by customers
8. DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Clear photographs
- Description of the issue
Upon verification, we may issue a replacement or reshipment at our discretion.
9. MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If an order contains missing or incorrect items, you must notify us within seven (7) days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Photographs
- Description of the issue
Failure to notify us within seven days constitutes acceptance of the shipment as received.
10. RETURNS
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept returns of any products.
No exceptions.
11. REFUNDS
Refund requests are evaluated solely at the discretion of Apex Body Labs.
Refunds may be considered only in situations involving:
- Incorrect shipments
- Verified shipping damage
- Verified fulfillment errors
Refund requests must include:
- Order number
- Detailed explanation
- Supporting photographs
Approval of a refund is not guaranteed.
12. STORAGE AND HANDLING
Customers are solely responsible for proper storage, handling, transportation, disposal, and use of all products.
Recommended storage:
Lyophilized Products
Store at -20°C or below in a cool, dry, and dark environment.
Reconstituted Products
Store at 2–8°C and use within 30 days.
Apex Body Labs assumes no responsibility for degradation resulting from improper storage or handling.
13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
ALL PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
APEX BODY LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- ACCURACY
- RELIABILITY
- PERFORMANCE
No warranty shall arise from any course of dealing or trade practice.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
APEX BODY LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Direct damages
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Incidental damages
- Special damages
- Punitive damages
- Lost profits
- Business interruption
- Personal injury
- Death
ARISING FROM USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRODUCT.
IN ALL CASES, OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
15. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Apex Body Labs and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and agents from all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and attorney fees arising from:
- Your use of products
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of applicable laws
- Misuse of products
- Third-party claims

- Logos
- Product names
- Graphics
- Images
- Text
- Design elements
are the exclusive property of Apex Body Labs.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
17. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within Wyoming.
18. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
19. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Changes become effective immediately upon posting to ApexBodyLabs.com.
